In Europe - CIS

 

Bice has been working for more than 10 years in Eastern Europe, first through specific actions in Russia, Poland, Ukraine and Lithuania and then with long-term projects in Russia and Estonia. Since 2000 its field of action has been expanding to CIS in large, including Central Asia and Caucasus.

 

As of September 2008, the geographical area of the Delegation has been extended to the new European Union State Members. Transversal actions between CIS and Europe will be developed, in order to foster exchanges of experiences and mutual enrichments between the two regions.
