Objective:
To improve the prevention of sexual abuse and the assistance to sexually abused children through the exchange of innovative experiences implemented by 8 organisations from CIS (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Moldova) and Latvia.
Activities:
• 6 workshops on prevention and assistance to sexually abused children for professionals of partner organisations. For a few workshops, the intervention of external specialists is foreseen.
• Interregional meeting for young people: training of moderators on the various tools taught during the previous seminars.
• Micro-project designed and implemented by each organisation with the active participation of children. The aim is to apply the newly acquired knowledge.
• Final seminar in France: evaluation, study visit of the partner organisation, and round-table on « the role of justice in the assistance to sexually abused children ». Intervention of a French judge and an Estonian prosecutor specialised in the issue.
• Diffusion of a brochure on the best practices shared during the project.
